We do most of it at home. Tessa has been doing it for a long time and I learned how to do my hair the proper shade of blonde after a night of research on the wonderful internet.
This is something you can do (and should do) as well, but it doesn’t do as much as toning with a conditioner/dye combo. Thanks for the snarky input though! ;D

Mix Manic Panic’s Ultraviolet dye into your conditioner and deep condition (leave it in your hair for 5-20 minutes) as often as you can.

(or, you know, tone it properly. but this works as well & as a general upkeep.)
